Practice Emphasis:

Rick’s practice has three primary focuses:

  • Complex commercial litigation in all disciplines, emphasizing technology and highly regulated industries;
  • Advisory, transactional and litigation services in technology, information security and privacy; and
  • Lawyers’ professional responsibility and the law of the legal profession.

Rick has served as Firm Counsel to Cline Williams since 2017.
