Practice Emphasis:
David's practice includes advising clients about employment matters and employment litigation of all types, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA and similar laws; Wage and Hour Act and wage payment claims; and wrongful termination, breach of contract and non-compete covenants. He also represents health care providers on regulatory compliance and legislative matters, serves as counsel to public boards and agencies, and represents litigants in state and federal court in business litigation and commercial disputes. David represents clients in all aspects of state legislation, including the drafting and tracking of bills and amendments; monitoring committee proceedings, preparation and presentation of testimony; and serving as a personal liaison with key legislators.
