Steve’s practice includes all aspects of creditors’ rights, including commercial loan workouts, major foreclosures and bankruptcy proceedings. He also has extensive experience in the preparation and review of loan documentation with a focus on commercial loan transactions. Steve represents business clients in commercial litigation. His practice also includes representation of both motor vehicle manufacturers and dealers before the Nebraska Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board, with respect to franchise terminations and other proceedings.
