Dick represents commercial lenders, including banks, bank holding companies, heavy equipment financers and suppliers of agricultural chemicals and products. His practice focuses on enforcing creditors' rights in bankruptcy, federal and state enforcement actions and workouts and restructuring of commercial and agricultural debt. In addition, Dick represents health care providers on commercial matters, Medicare and Medicaid concerns and general creditors issues. He also provides representation in commercial litigation, commercial lending and the preparation of commercial loan documents.
