Mary Kay’s practice focuses on employment law, representing employers of all sizes engaging in a variety of different businesses. This includes representing clients in state and federal court work, before EEO agencies and with the Department of Labor, FINRA (securities employment arbitrations) and the NLRB (collective bargaining negotiations and grievance proceedings). She also provides preventive advice to employers, participates in mediations as a mediator and handles commercial cases.
