Brian's practice is primarily focused on the representation of creditors in bankruptcy court and state court contested matters that include foreclosure, eviction, replevin and actions on financial instruments. In addition, he has participated in pharmaceutical mass tort litigation, general commercial litigation and personal injury litigation.
