Stan's practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, commercial litigation, and providing business and personal advice on a wide range of matters involving the government. He advises health care providers, financial institutions, real estate professionals, and other businesses on internal investigations and employee misconduct situations, as well as professional licensing complaints. Stan's litigation practice extends to complex civil and criminal litigation, union arbitrations, the defense of public officials in both civil rights and criminal cases, and other general civil litigation matters.
