Bren's practice includes all aspects of personal and estate planning including wills, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, and elder law issues. He also works on the formation and maintenance of business entities, providing general corporate advice to clients. His assistance with general civil litigation has centered on the areas of trusts and estates and intellectual property.
