Brandon's practice includes a wide variety of securities, corporate and commercial real estate matters. He assists with exempt securities offerings, for profit and non-profit formations and dissolutions, corporate maintenance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and copyright matters. Brandon also assists clients with review and negotiation of commercial contracts and intellectual property licensing arrangements.
