Rochelle's practice focuses on securities law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She advises clients on regulatory and transactional issues, including both exempt and non-exempt transactions under federal and state securities laws. Rochelle has held securities licenses including a Series 7, 24 and 63 and advises broker-dealers, registered investment advisors and investment companies on an array of business matters. Her real estate practice focuses on the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sales agreements for commercial real estate transactions, financing and re-financing transactions, real estate development and planning. Rochelle advises corporate clients on entity selection, corporate maintenance, reorganization, and general business matters.
