Hayley focuses her practice in the areas of banking, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Hayley practiced in franchise finance, where she represented leading lenders in complex finance transactions, including single lender and syndicated loan facilities secured by a range of businesses.
