He represents clients in matters involving wills, trusts and fiduciary administration; retirement and executive planning; family wealth transfers; business organizations and tax planning; succession planning; charitable gifting programs and family charitable foundations; probate and postmortem tax and family planning; guardianships and conservatorships; estate and trust litigation, including will contests, fiduciary accountings and related contested issues.
