Practice Emphasis:
Isaiah has a civil trial practice focusing on commercial disputes across the health care, insurance, and banking industries, as well as medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, and defense of civil rights lawsuits. Isaiah represents clients in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings, including personal injury actions and licensure defense. He defends health care providers and represents businesses in litigation throughout the state of Nebraska.
