Practice Emphasis:

Nathan’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property, and he leads Cline Williams’ IP practice group. He has represented clients large and small in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation throughout the United States, both in courts and before the USPTO. He also advises individuals and businesses on creating, maintaining, and enforcing their IP assets, from registration and licensing to developing tailored business strategies to maximize clients’ freedom to operate and opportunities for growth.

Nathan also assists clients in other areas, including commercial litigation, appeals, defamation and related torts, civil rights disputes, public records requests, personal injury, and appeals to the Tax Equalization and Review Commission.
