Practice Emphasis:

Rochelle’s transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, real estate and general corporate matters. She manages mergers and acquisitions for local, regional and national clients and advises clients on both regulatory and transactional securities law matters, including both exempt and non-exempt transactions under federal and state securities laws. Her real estate practice focuses on the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements for commercial transactions, financing and re-financing, real estate development and planning. Rochelle advises clients on entity selection, corporate governance, reorganization and general business and contract matters.
