Practice Emphasis:
Ryan’s practice focuses on federal, state, and international tax and tax-exempt matters. He advises on the selection, formation, and restructuring of business entities, including tiered partnerships, S corporations, and ESOPs. His practice includes both taxable and tax-free transactions, as well as ownership and governance structuring, and dispute resolution.
