Cline Williams partner Mike Pallesen participated in the ceremony celebrating the transfer of ownership for the new James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

On Tuesday, November 11th, Cline Williams partner Mike Pallesen participated in the ceremony celebrating the transfer of ownership for the new James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Mike served as counsel to VHiT, LLC, the private philanthropic development entity who, with Oklahoma State University, constructed the 58-bed, $181 million medical-surgical hospital in a public-private partnership with the US Department of Veterans Affairs.  This project is the second successful public-private partnership under the CHIP-In for Veterans Act that has delivered a state-of-the art medical facility to serve Veterans at a substantial cost savings to the federal government.  Mike was also counsel to the other successful project, the national award-winning $86 million ambulatory care center in Omaha.
