Employment Law Forum Webinars

After much consideration, we have made the decision to hold our 23rd Annual Employment Law Forum in a virtual format. Our monthly one-hour interactive webinars will focus on new developments in labor and employment law, workplace safety and legal issues facing private and public employers of all sizes. You and members of your organization are invited to attend these complimentary interactive webinars.  Tara Stingley, Chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Law Section, will be the host and moderator.

Our second webinar in the series, Navigating the Interactive Process: Employee Leave and Accommodations, is being held on Wednesday, October 13 at 12:00 PM CT. Labor and Employment attorney, Jody Duvall will discuss the following:

  • Recent developments in litigation and enforcement of the Americans Disabilities Act and associated laws;
  • Potential risks and challenges to employers; and
  • Practical compliance guidance and risk mitigation for employers.

Continuing education credit for this seminar has been approved from the Nebraska, Iowa, and Colorado CLE Commissions, HR Certification Institute, Society for Human Resource Management and the Nebraska Board of Public Accountancy.
